After the vows we did had the Arrhae Ceremony or coin exchange. We had both dads present each one of us with coins and then we exchanged them.
Mr. Joey had some problems getting his coins back into his pouch, so I had to help him.
We also did the unity candles. We ask our Moms to light the first candles. MIL Joey is laughing because she almost lit the unity candle.
We took the lit taper candles to light the unity candle. We still have these awesome candle holders from CB2. I love them.
We were married!!! There aren’t any good pictures of us walking out of the chapel, but there are some nice ones of us leaving the building and headed towards the plaza.
We did a big group picture with our guests in the plaza and then we all took off for the reception.
I have to say, our ceremony was perfect. It was just the right length, it was traditional Catholic but still had enough of us in it.
P.S. We had enough time to get to the reception with more than enough time!
